In her practice, she focuses primarily on the issue of congenital and developmental diseases of the musculoskeletal system such as limb deformities, but also early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases manifesting mainly during growth.

At Medante, she performs hip joint screening in new-borns, treats congenital and acquired leg deformities including flat feet, deals with the corrections of unequal limb lengths, diagnoses and treatments of bone diseases, traumas and post-traumatic musculoskeletal conditions.

She is also active in lecturing and publishing activities. She authored several professional publications in the field of paediatric orthopaedics, co-authored the popular-educational publication of Parents Ask Orthopaedists. She currently works also as a teacher at the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University.

Even though orthopaedics is a broad field, I remain faithful to children and their specific needs and issues. Children are wonderful patients, especially because of their strong will to heal. And that is why I do everything to make them again “just children”, not patients.
